Pineapple Banana Cake

This is so yummy! I just made it tonight and i had to share the recipe. I had some bananas that were about to go bad and so i searched online and found this recipe.

Pineapple Banana Cake

3 Cups All-Purpose Flour

2 Cups Sugar

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Salt ;

1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon for garnish

3 Ripe Bananas diced (about 2 cups)

1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil

1 1/2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla

8 Ounces Crushed Pineapples undrained

3 Eggs lightly beaten

Mix all dry ingredients. Add bananas, oil, pineapple with juice, vanilla, and eggs. Stir all together. Do not beat - just blend. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool on rack before removing from pan.

Now it says to bake for 1 hour and 20 mins but i think that is too long. I baked for 1 hour and it was perfect.

the frosting was cream cheese frosting which is also way yummy here is the recipe

Cream Cheese Frosting
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
