Storm Gandalf

So it sounds like the weather channel has decided it is also going to start naming snow storms. We just got our first big snow storm of the year and it is called Gandalf. I woke up t his morning to 15 to 18 inches of snow, by far the most I have ever woken up to since I move to Utah 9 years ago. I have taken a few pictures from my town home so you can see what I woke up to this morning.

Weight Watchers

This month I officially lost 50 pounds. That is 50 pounds in a 10 month period. Not to bad. I wanted to post a pic. I still have a long ways to go, but I know I will get to my goal.

Halloween!

I love to decorate for Halloween. It is by far one of most favorite holidays. This year i decided to go into the office and dress up for Halloween.  Here are a few pics from Halloween. here are some friends of mine

Mom Visiting

My mother came up to Utah for some convention and stayed with us while she was here. We had a really good time  going out with some of my friends. One night we went over to Culver's and had some ice cream here are some pics from that night :) As you can tell we were having a pretty good time :) I am glad my mom could come and we could hang out. I love her tons!

Happy 32nd Birthday Brian!

I can not believe my husband turned 32 this year. We are both just getting so old, but at least he is older then me by 8 months :) I don't turn 32 til next April. We started off the morning going to his favorite breakfast called Penny Ann's they have the best omelets in town!  Here are some pics from breakfast.

8 years of Marriage :)

We just celebrated our 8 years of marriage on Aug 12th. I can not believe it has been that long, it really only feels like it happened yesterday. this year we decided we were going to get a hotel room and spend on anniversary in the city. So we stayed at that Grand America and ate at Taskashi. It is a local sushi place that serves the best sushi in Utah! Then we walked around the gateway and ended up at Build a bear. Brian was saying we should get something to remember our anniversary and of course building a bear is perfect considering i have never done that before. then we ended up watching a movie after wards and then headed back to the hotel. It was a great evening! The next day we headed down to breakfast and had the Sunday brunch which was spectacular. They had the best crepes ever! Counting Crows Concert

Brian was able to get some tickets to a Counting Crows concert for free so we decided we would do. It was a lot of fun. I had never seen them live in concert. I would have to say that are a pretty awesome band! If they come back to Salt Lake I will be there again.
